We've been following this online project since almost it's beginning in summer 2019, and always thought it was super cool, but did really have an appropriate place on our site to write about it. Enter the Coronavirus pandemic, and that problem is now solved with our new Ljubljana events category for 'Virtual Events'. We'll let the artist behind the project, explain it in her own words:

"Art project connecting smoker's desires with contemplations about art, media, propaganda, guilt and punishment, fear and restrictions and common sense. You're kindly invited to participate with sending me your photo stories, which will become part of burning_desire sticker collection."

While the ongoing Burning Desire project was always implicitly political, as it deals with healthcare, social policies and media, with the beginning of the Coronavirus quarantine back in March 2020, it seems to have more overtly political, which is most noticeable with the inclusion of well known Slovenian politicians in the images.
