Dinner on the River

Two of Ljubljana's most exclusive culinary experiences won't be taking place in a restaurant but gliding along the gentle waters of the Ljubljanica river, through the old town centre and past some of the city’s most beautiful architecture - all the more magical thanks to the festive holiday lighting and atmosphere. Your chef for the first evening (20 December) will be Mojmir Šiftar from Evergreen Restaurant who was the winner of Young Talent 2019, while on the second evening (28 December), the award-winning chef from Strelec restaurant, Igor Jagodic, will be preparing an unforgettable 6-course meal. There will of course be live music to accompany the heavenly cuisine as well as some top Slovenian wines. Previous events have been a huge success and this is definitely not an evening to miss for any serious foodie! As space is extremely limited advanced booking is required, the boat will embark from Lolita cafe, just next to Tromostovje bridge in the heart of the old town.
