Within the book production, the Fabula Festival also pays attention to art design, which visually marks the reader's first contact with the book. You can see how this year's Fabula book collection lives through the illustrations of the designer, Matija Medved, at the exhibition of the creative process, which will be held in DobriVaga in Ljubljana throughout the duration of the festival.

Matija Medved (1990) works in the field of illustration, graphics, drawing, painting, animation and design. He is a regular illustrator for the New York Times column, illustrates books for adults and young people, designs posters and visual images. His works have been awarded several times, published and exhibited at domestic and foreign overview exhibitions and illustration catalogs. He regularly exhibits at the Slovenian Biennale of Illustrations and the Brumen Biennale. He is a member of the ensemble Ansambel.

The exhibition opens on March 1 at 19:00 at DobraVaga.
