Fatboy Slim

For the past several years Kurzschluss has been bringing some of the biggest names of the international clubbing scene to Ljubljana for some of the craziest parties the city have ever seen, but none has been bigger than Norman Cook, better known for the past three decades as Fatboy Slim. Regularly performing around the globe at shows and festivals that have seen up to a quarter million people (or approximately the population of Ljubljana) in attendance, this November the venerable Mr Cook will be coming to the Slovene capital for a night that won't be soon forgot. And speaking of not forgetting, we still remember the day back in the autumn of 1998 when we first heard 'The Rockafeller Skank' from his breakout album You've Come a Long Way Baby while driving to Dairy Queen after school in our friend's beige Saturn - easily one of the worst cars ever made. Oh boy, those were the days!
