The KRUHarije and CUKRnije school store operates from a pavilion in front of the BIC Ljubljana school building. Inside, the school's bakery and pastry shop come to life, where students enrolled in baking and pastry chef programs showcase their talents.

Their offerings extend beyond ordinary baked goods. Collaborating with mentors, students craft unique school products, such as the Emona pogača, Emona kocca, Ljubljana štruklje, and the innovative donut of 2023. Additionally, the selection includes favourites like salty pretzels, soržič bread, oat cookies, cream slices, and much more.
