This low key establishment has quietly been cooking up some of the best gourmet treats in town since it opened. The modern cuisine is not Slovene, but incorporates mainly locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, while the chef's French training is readily apparent in each dish. Perfectly paired wines and genuinely exceptional service round out a dining experience par excellence. Highly recommended for any serious foodies.
