We'll be honest, we've always considered BTC City as something of Slovenia's Mecca of capitalistic indulgence, a sort of overcompensation for the lean years of Yugoslavia, which makes it all the more surprising to find this truly delightful and refreshingly authentic eatery tucked away here. The affable proprietor Andrej adheres to a strict policy of using only fresh local ingredients without any artificial additives or preservatives, and you won't find better tasting traditional spoon-eaten dishes such as pasulj, ričet, turnip jota or beef goulash anywhere in town.
