The designer restaurant of the 5-star Blow Up Hall hotel, Arte combines classical French culinary techniques with clean Scandinavian aesthetics to create an original fine dining experience of rich, refined flavours and creative contrasts, drawing on regional ingredients and global inspirations. Lead by head chef Artur Szwacki, several different menus are offered throughout the day, beginning early with breakfast (07:00-11:00), followed by lunch (weekdays until 16:00) and finally with the evening a la carte menu (from 17:00 weekdays, from 12:00 weekends). Regional plates like pyra z gzikiem and Poznań-style duck are uniquely reinterpreted here, while ingredients such as Antonius caviar and black truffle add a distinctly Polish flair to less local dishes. If you simply can't decide or it's a very special occasion, reserve one day in advance for a 5-7-course tasting menu. Kids, meanwhile, get their own lunch and dinner menus suited to their more restrained tastes. With a superior wine list and grand, yet intimate interior - characterised by the beautifully elaborate light fixtures by Justyn Oboladze - Arte is the perfect setting for celebrating fine food and good company.
