This high-concept fine diner located in the Arsenał Art Gallery is clearly going for the Michelin guide, but in its own, unique way. The kitchen team, headed by Damian Wróbel, create their own contemporary local cuisine by focusing on native, seasonal ingredients. Exclusively serving tasting menus of 6 or 9 courses, each dish is created in front of you in the very minimal interior, where the activity of the kitchen is the main focus. The chef serves the dishes at your table himself, and each can be paired with wine. Walk-ins are welcome, vegetarian tasting courses are available, and also gluten-free courses if you contact them in advance. A very intimate experience, just know that the staff are the stars here, not you, your date or your conversation.
