On the second floor of Hotel Limmathof, the Pot-au-vert is a quiet, somewhat unsophisticated place with friendly service. The interior doesn't exactly knock us out, but the menu is a delight for any vegetarian - whether part-time or full. The kitchen conjours up great vegetarian dishes like courgette carpaccio with balsamico dressing, croutons and crumbs of sbrinz (a very hard Swiss cheese) or beetroot risotto with cauliflower and horseradish. Or try their 3-course menu (41Sfr).
