At the tiny Café Noir, they roast the coffee themselves in an old roaster from 1960! In fact, the blends that owner Mischa Gubler and his team produce have received much praise since the opening in 2006 - and deservedly so. Nowadays they deliver their freshly roasted coffee to many other bars in the city. At the Noir you can taste not just their blends but also different authentic coffees - freshly roasted of course - before they are blended. A nice place for a rest or a chat, and an optional piece of cake too. Their coffee blends are for sale.
