Jack-of-all-trades Dieter Meier is now also a chocolatier. He gained fame as the frontman of the electronic group Yello in the 1980s and as a successful entrepreneur he also runs several restaurants in Zurich and a vineyard and a cattle ranch in Argentina. He uses an all-new method for his chocolate. The cocoa isn’t roasted, but rather ground with water in a process without heat. The result is a chocolate that is full flavoured, but just a little bitter. You can try it in this boutique in the old town.
