Vegan food is the trend of the hour and Roots makes it easy to fall in love with this healthy, meatless cuisine. Our super-fresh protein bowl was a firecracker of flavours that included layers of quinoa, sweet potatoes, broccoli, avocado and more, all perfectly blended with a cashew lime dressing. In addition to its different food bowls it also serves sandwiches and soups and, of course, fresh juices, smoothies, tea and coffee. The hip city centre crowd loves it and so do we. No reservations.
