The pizza at SO is thin, crispy and really tasty with only a little topping added in what we would call true Neapolitan fashion. This simplicity is also evident in its unique concept. Take as many slices as you like including a bowl of salad to share for 29Sfr (19Sfr at lunchtime). The waiters bring you slices of the latest pizza fresh from the oven, but if you don't like what's on the tray, simply wait a few minutes until the the next pizza is ready. We especially loved the white pizza (senza tomato sauce) with olives, cherry tomatoes and ruccola, but, to be honest, all were delicious. Unusually, the pizza isn't baked in a traditional wood-fired oven, but rather in a unique gas oven with an open flame. Bear in mind that you'll have to leave your table after two hours of non-stop eating. They have a second location in the city centre at Langstrasse 20 (C-11, (+41) 43 322 00 70, open Sun).
