This air-dried sausage developed by Mika Lantz in 2011 is made of organic pork from pigs raised in the city of Zurich. Moreover, all of the steps of production are completed within city limits. A speciality niche product, all parts of the pig are used when making Stadtjäger, even the premium cuts such as the fillets. That and ingredients like wine, grappa and some secret seasonings give it a particularly clean, yet powerful flavour. You can easily store it for at least a couple of weeks without refrigeration and you're definitely allowed to import it to all EU countries. Available at the Welschland and Globus department stores.
