Found in the shadow of St Mary’s Basilica, it is still easy to miss this unassuming restaurant, despite its central location. The draw is the opportunity to enjoy tasty, reasonably-priced Polish cuisine, which comes beautifully presented with a modern twist. The Żurek (Rye Soup) was perfectly matched with the generously-stuffed Pierogiand Pumpkin Sauce. The Beef Gulasz (Goulash) also comes recommended. You can be confident in ordering anything from their breakfast menu (09:00 – 12:00) through to their lunch specials (Mon-Sat, 1200-1800) and main menu at all other times. Live music on Fridays and Saturdays.
