the gallery presents a new exhibition of more than 20 drawings on paper. The mediums used vary from ink and pencil to collage and lithography. While the techniques and images used vary greatly from artist to artist, they are tied together by how they reject aesthestics and theory in order to tell stories, conjure up new worlds and relect each artists' unique vision.

With the diverse selection of artists Drawing Now functions as a look at drawing in South Africa, what has captured artists' attention and the varied ways in which their ideas are expressed.
