Hot off the press following her Nirox Sculpture Park residency, Frondescent is Io Makandal's (@iomakandal) latest body of work. Multimedia artist and visual orator Charity Vilakazi (@villacharity) continues her exploration of African folklore in Ngifike, ngabona, ngime, ngiqine. The ever-inquisitive art practitioner Maja Maljević (@maljevicmaja) brings us Objects of Desire, sure to be a treat. And last but not least, Kaelo Molefe (@kwena_sesame) shows striking new prints, collages and mixed-media works in Other Schematics.
These four exhibitions open on Sat, Oct 7 from 11:00 – 14:00 at Kalashnikovv Gallery in Parkhurst.
