Take a trip to the sea and escape the city's noise with Studio Nxumalo's exhibition at Keyes Art Mile WE ARE WATER featuring artists Heather Conyngham and Jared Kruger.
Heather Conyngham is based in the Midlands, KwaZulu-Natal, and Jared Kruger is based in Cape Town, Western Cape. With their close proximity to the sea and their works which focus on the ocean Studio Nxumalo invited them to an exhibition exploring ideas around water and the ocean.
It continues the studio's intention to host exhibitions and projects which foster conversations around our spiritual, psychological and environmental well-being. With the exhibition they want to highlight life's similarity to and reliance on water and invite the audience to use the space to reflect on their inner oceans and explore their potentials.
Exhibition opens Thu, Dec 1 at 17:00 at First Thursdays at Keyes. Studio Nxumalo will be serving free water at the opening.
