On a mission to support the city's vibrant film community and reach new audiences through the evocative language of cinema, the Jozi Film Festival is an annual event showcasing the latest films from both South African and international filmmakers. 

This year's Jozi Film Festival is a 'hybrid' event with film screenings happening online and at the cinema. A selection of films will be screened at The Bioscope at 44 Stanley and all films are also available to stream on-demand online. The festival runs for ten days October 1 to 10.

Film ighlights include Murder in Paris, a documentary about the assassination of anti-apartheid activist Dulcie September, and Mzansi in the Time of Covid-19. Find the full film schedule online and start watching here at the Jozi Film Festival website.
