Dishes on the Mother's Day menu include South African favourites like dombolo and gravy, as well as some intriguing gourmet creations like 'sloth egg' with spicy salsa, oysters poached with dashi and served with lemon and cucumber and for dessert, tuck into layered panna cotta with chocolate and pumpkin snickerdoodles.
