The film follows a blind swordsman’s quest for revenge against a former friend-turned-greedy politician. Set against a backdrop of political upheaval, rebellion and a Japanese invasion, the two enemies meet in a final showdown with their allied armies, but only one swordsman can be victor and be crowned Emperor of Korea.
