The menu for the night features a 'bottomless bao' menu of unlimited dim sum and filled bao bun favourites, complimented of course by your choice of wine and cocktails. The luxurious karaoke rooms upstairs are always a fun reason to visit Saigon Suzy and the best-dressed guest at the New Year party wins a free two-hour karaoke session. Keeping with the karaoke spirit there's also 'crowd karaoke' mc-ed by a DJ downstairs in the bar (private karaoke rooms cost extra).
