Paul's Homemade Ice Cream Summer Tasting

On the menu are six new ice-cream flavours from Paul's 'lab' paired with dishes cooked up by the kitchen at Rosebank restaurant Brik, including apple and dill ice-cream served with cured salmon, honey lemon ice-cream 'spheres' served with pear and ginger salsa and crispy chicken skin with a scoop of satay ice-cream on the side.
In addition to the six-course sweet-savoury tasting menu, there are also two delicious cocktails included which have been designed to pair with the menu's unique herbaceous flavours.
The dinner costs R490 (including drinks). Booking is essential.
