Jazz legend Bra Tete Mbambisa comes to Soweto Theatre for a night of original music with his South African-British band Big Sound. Mbambisa gained renown with his 1976 album <em>Black Heroes</em> which was inspired by African-American jazz greats such as Duke Ellington. After a long absence from the live music circuit, Mbambisais back on tour promoting two albums; <em>One for Asa</em> recorded in the UK in 2015 and<em> </em>the previously unreleased <em>African Day,</em> which he recorded in Joburg in 1976.
