On Sat Sep 18 from 12:00 to 18:00 the charming Foxwood House in Houghton Estate presents a springtime poolside picnic in the gardens with a live jazz performance by the always captivating Tamara Dey and the Kopano Jazz Collective. Bring along your picnic blankets, grab some coffee or wine from the bar and settle in for a laidback afternoon under the trees in Foxwood House's pretty gardens.

For food you can order the Foxwood Farmer's Platter picnic for two which includes picnic favourites like boerewors, farmhouse cheese sandwiches, Foxwood's chicken pies and homemade muffins with green fig preserve from Foxwood's own gardens (costs R160 and must be booked in advance).
