The annual UMI: Our Music Festival, organised by one of Joburg's favourite monthly parties Feel Good Series, returns to Victoria Yards this month with an exciting line-up of live music and DJ sets. Feel Good Series is loved for its eclectic musical landscape that spans hip hop, R&B, reggae, dancehall and funk, its unique city locations and its fun-loving alternative crowd and the UMI festival is a celebration of everything Feel Good Series does best!

Live performers at this year's UMI festival include Bongeziwe Mabandla, The Charles Gene Suite, Lazarus Man, Lwansta and Koeksista who are joined by DJs Ang, Uncle Party Time, Slice Frederico and more.

In addition to the music there's also a performance art stage, art exhibitions led by Victoria Yards' resident artists and art galleries and a music film festival featuring local music documentary films including Lebogang Rasethaba’s Future Sounds of Mzansi, Rave & Resistance and Zombies by Baloyi.
