The year's biggest sporting event will take place in Kraków and Małopolska this year - the 3rd European Games, featuring over 7000 athletes from 48 countries competing in 30 different athletic disciplines. These include 19 Olympic disciplines, the results of which will directly impact qualifications for the Summer Olympic Games in Paris France, and 11 non-Olympic disciplines. Events will take place at venues around Kraków, as well as other Polish cities, including Wrocław, Zakopane, Chorzów, Tarnów, Nowy Targ, Nowy Sącz and Krynica-Zdrój.
There's teqball, and then there's imaginary teqball, seen here, and played without an actually teqball.

In Kraków specifically, spectators have a chance to attend matches in the following disciplines: 3x3basketball, table tennis, slalom kayak, sprint kayak, archery, fencing, modern pentathlon, teqball, padel and kickboxing. Teqball and padel events will take place in public on the market square. The opening and closing ceremonies (yes, they have a torch) will take place at the newly-renovated-for-these-events Wisła Stadium near Błonia. More info will be available online closer to the event.
