Organised by the Fashion Faculty at the Cracow School of Art & Fashion Design (SAPU), this is no doubt one of the most stylish weeks of the year. The event kicks off with a glamorous competition known as the 'SAPU Diploma Show - Cracow Fashion Awards,' which is the most prestigious graduation fashion show in Poland, and weighed in on by an international jury. The ecological 'No Waste Show' showcases designs by first- and second-year SAPU students created from recycled materials, and both offer the chance to see some stunning collections that have travelled from fellow designers abroad, as well as local students. If the terms haute couture, redressing, shoe design, or international fashion photography mean anything to you, be sure to also check out the accompanying workshops and exhibits that are part of the week-long events.
