The titular 'Two Sparrows' may refer to the owners, who bake everything themselves - including a tasty range of cakes and bagels - and can typically be found on-site doing everything they can to make you feel welcome and at home. The beans here are top-notch (take some home, or join them for occasional cupping sessions), and they offer a range of alternative brewing methods, including Aeropress, V60 and Chemex. One of Kraków's best specialty coffeehouses, their offer includes espresso drinks, filter brews, iced coffees and tonics, matcha, teas and cocoa, plus sandwiches served on fresh-baked bagels.
