In the work collected in this exhibit, sculptor Krzysztof M. Bednarski ('KMB') uses the recurring motifs of Moby Dick (the great white whale) and Karl Marx (the socialist revolutionary) as artistic fodder for an esoteric discussion of how multiple meanings can be imposed on objects we perceive to already have prescribed symbolic roles. Or it might just be a bunch of bald busts, boats and blowholes. You decide?
