Pulling scores of experimental music from the MOCAK collection, this exhibit encompasses two parts. The first draws upon Polish works originally shown in the exhibit 'Musical Score As a Piece of Art', and includes archival material, recordings and graphic scores by Marek Chołoniewski, Piotr Grella-Możejko, Krzysztof Penderecki, Bogusław Schaeffer, Ewa Synowiec and artists associated with the Polish Radio Experimental Studio in Warsaw (1957-2004). The second part interprets the term 'score' more broadly as any written or drawn plan of action and focuses on members of Fluxus - one of the most famous artistic groups in the world. The exhibit includes work by Dick Higgins, Al Hansen and Milan Knížák, some of it created during an experimental music course led by John Cage at NYC's the New School in 1958.
