This friendly activist clubhouse hidden in the upstairs of a Kazimierz tenement functions as a cafe, bar, bookshop, cinema, gallery, theatre, cultural and community centre. Generally a place for social and political meetings and discourse, the large, versatile space hosts everything from lectures and workshops to film screenings and concerts. Check their FB page to see what's planned, or check the blackboard inside when you arrive. The ideal place to connect with Krakw's activism community and pick up some literature on local social issues, they also have beanbag chairs and good coffee to sink into them with, plus their very own beer ('Ogniwo Piwo'); unfortunately most of the books are in Polish.
