Kraków spoils its jazz fans from June 28th to July 28th when fantastic concerts take place every day during the Summer Jazz Festival. First organised in 1996 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the important artistic and literary venue Piwnica Pod Baranami, the festival has gradually grown into the biggest jazz festival in Poland. The E-Collective at Museum Manggha, 27.07 - FINAL CONCERT Laboratorium & Guests on the courtyard of Pałac pod Baranami, 28.07 - EGM Trio - Peter Erskine/ Eddie Gomez/ Dado Moroni Trio at Muzeum Manggha. New Orleans Sunday will take place on July 7th, Radio Concert of Jazz Violinists on July 1st. The majority of concerts will be held at Piwnica pod Baranami at 9 pm and Harris Piano Bar at 9.30 pm, as well as Piec Art, Club at Muniak's, and Club Alchemia. Those concerts are likely to sell-out quickly, so don’t dawdle on tickets. For full details of this year’s programme, visit the festival’s website.
