While cheap, mass-produced cherry-flavoured vodkas have long been a favourite of students and unsteady men standing in doorways, Wiśniewski has gone full artisanal with this small-batch craft nalewka (traditional homemade Polish infusion). Made strictly from cherries, alcohol, sugar, water and nothing more, this is certainly the best cherry liqueur you'll find anywhere - in fact it won 'Spirit of the Year 2025' for Poland at the London Spirits Competition, with a score of 98 out of 100.

With bottles of their singular star product lining the walls, this designer monobar dispenses nothing but the scarlett straight stuff, plus a few cocktail variations like a Wiśniewski Spritz and Wiśniewski Sour.
