We're not the biggest fan of buffet style restaurants, but we are huge fans of friendly, family-run establishments serving up tasty, authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, and Pars fits the latter on all accounts. The cuisine in question is Persian, and the menu includes staples such as kebab kubide (minced veal skewers), ghorme sabzi (vegetable and beef stew), khoreshte bademjan (egg plant and beef stew) and, our personal favourite, kuku sabzi (a thick, aromatic vegetarian omelet). You can also technically order a la carte, but most dishes are already included in the buffet. Located in Tržnica BTC, there's also a small shop selling dates, teas, spices and other Persian delicacies. Nooshe jan!
