Linda May Han Oh was born in Malaysia and grew up in Perth, Australia. As a child, she began playing the piano and bassoon, and at the age of fifteen learned bass guitar, as well. She is a graduate of the prestigious Manhattan School of Music. A renowned composer, she not only writes music for jazz ensembles and orchestras, but also for short films.
