A 3-day event which acts as both a trade fair for the fitness, beauty and health products market and a competition/exhibition. There will be international competitors taking part in a number of disciplines including Strong Man events; MMA, BJJ and K1 fighting disciplines and bodybuilding displays. Poland is a huge market for bodybuilding and strong men and has been extremely successful internationally in recent years. Expect to see lots of very, very large Polish men.
