Corona’s first dedicated South African flagship, Ocaso (Spanish for “sunset”) is a bright, breezy venue blending beach-bar vibes with Mexican-inspired fare. Open daily 12:00 – 00:00, it features hearty tacos, lamb chops, whole fish, and tableside guacamole, alongside inventive cocktails like the Flor de Sol and Berry Basil Coronita. Light-filled interiors spill onto a wide terrace, with a private VIP area and lounge seating.

From Thursday to Sunday, DJs spin R’n’B, hip hop, Afrohouse, and Amapiano, while a ceremonial gong marks sunset each evening. As a collaboration between SAB, Corona, Heinz Rynners, and Monseca Hospitality Group, Ocaso is a social hub designed to linger, dine, and party.

With our endless sunshine, Ocaso seems destined to become a regular haunt. Still to come: a rooftop deck, which promises to be the jewel of summer in Johannesburg.
