Pack your yoga mat and head to Lebo's Soweto Backpackers for a Saturday morning kundalini yoga session. The yoga session takes place in the lovely park adjoining the backpackers, where there are picnic tables and hammocks set up for relaxing afterwards over a home cooked breakfast and fresh smoothies (breakfast costs R40).

All levels are welcome and there's also a special yoga session for kids.
