This joint exhibition showcases recent works by two artists who both studied at the Kraków Academy of Fine Arts and now live and work in the city. What else unites them and their work is up to the viewer to discern and is perhaps the point of this exhibition. As the artistic statement accompanying the exhibit describes, within art there is a multiplicity of 'paths' and different means of expression. And yet painting is still painting; the medium itself creates a common ground between these two artists. 'Art displays diversity, but does not divide.' The audience is challenged to perceive both what unites and separates the work of the two artists. The exhibits official opening will be held January 27th at 18:00.
