Themed walking tour: “The Rebirth and Contemporary Jewish Life in Kraków”
The Jewish Religious Congregation in Kraków, Beit Kraków, JCC Krakow, the Galicia Jewish Museum, the Jewish Culture Festival, and many more institutions are involved in working with and contributing to the broadly understood Jewish life in Kraków. However, the growth in the number of cultural events and societal activities was not an overnight occurrence, but, rather, a gradual process. We would like to invite you to a tour of various places, institutions, and people who, since the end of World War II have participated in the rebirth of Jewish life in Kraków and Poland.
The tour of the city will be preceded by a guided tour of the exhibition of photographs by Chuck Fishman, “Re-Generation. Jewish Life in Poland’.
