Head chef Uroš Hribernik oversees a magnificent à la carte restaurant where simple and fresh ingredients are transformed into a range of gourmet masterpieces. With a focus on Mediterranean cuisine and a tropical aquarium atmosphere, the history of Pri Levu goes back a long way, although this is a thoroughly updated version that manages to capture something of the original whilst keeping focused on the requirements of the modern diner. Surplus to the knockout food is an equally impressive wine list. Keep an eye out for their plate of the week and if you’re driving and hungry it’s good to know they’ll accommodate your vehicle at no extra cost.
