We couldn't figure out whether this hostel was in the process of being remodeled or newly built, as we walked past the dry wall and wires sticking menacingly out of the wall, searching in vain for the receptionist. By all accounts it's a comfortable and convenient hostel in a very nice part of town with a welcoming front lawn lounge area, rental bikes for easy access to the center, and a side yard with available barbeque grill, should you be so inspired.
