New Trends in Tourism 2026 returns to the European Solidarity Centre on April 16–17, bringing together experts from tourism, gastronomy and hospitality to explore authenticity as a driver of sustainable growth. The two-day programme combines insight, networking and inspiration, concluding with a relaxed revival at 100cznia, where participants can exchange ideas in a more informal setting.

Day one hosts the European Gastronomy Congress under the theme “Memory and Future,” featuring Eduard Xatruch, co-founder of the three-Michelin-starred Disfrutar; Michel Moran, a leading Polish restaurateur and TV personality; and Przemysław Sieradzki, one of Poland’s youngest Michelin-starred chefs. Day two’s “Naturally” conference focuses on marketing, data and innovation, with speakers including Marta Siembab, a pioneer of scent marketing; Jakub Biel, known for unconventional campaigns across digital platforms; and Dawid Adach, a Forbes 30 Under 30 entrepreneur specialising in digital technology and AI.
