On the art front, this once-off event is a unique way to experience Home Away From Home, a group exhibition presented by photographer and style icon Trevor Stuurman's new project The Manor (@manor.africa).
Bespoke eats are catered for by Chef Mo Moseneke of Mo’s Food & Pastries with drinks from Inverroche, while musical performances from popular local outfit The Muffinz, folk singer Muneyi and DJ Jimm and Tonic complete the sensory feast. Whatever Stuurman does, he does well, and we're sure this will be no exception. Sunday Best runs from 11:00 to 17:00. Get your tickets here.

This is the second instalment of the now legendary Sunday Best event, first hosted by Stuurman as an accompaniment to his 2022 solo exhibition, A Place Called Home. This is clearly a theme near and dear to the Kimberly-born, Johannesburg-based tastemaker's heart. Home Away From Home explores the nostalgia and meaning of domestic life in South Africa through artwork by Lulama Wolf, Bambolwami Sibiya and Esther Mahlangu, among others, as well as working ephemera from Stuurman's personal collection. Read more about the exhibition here, showing at Trumpet on Keyes until Sat, Oct 7.
