Artists can use canvas, wood, metal, clay, mortar and other materials to present their artistry, but Portugal has a long-lasting tradition of using ceramics. The exhibition presents 11 panels of tin-glazed tiles originating from the 18th century, donated to the Museum of Arts and Crafts. The tiles decorated the walls of the Croatian Embassy in Lisbon and were transferred to Croatia in 2015.
