The name says it all, doesn't it? The All About Freedom festival is an interdisciplinary cultural and artistic event exploring the idea of freedom and championing its values. With an ambitious programme of film screenings, concerts and performances, the festival examines its theme through the prism of the arts, while provoking and facilitating dialogue about freedom as a universal value and basic human right. The officially dubbed "City of Freedom" (PL: Miasto Wolności) is a pretty fitting home to this international festival, hosted by the European Solidarity Centre, whose stature grows each year.

The 2021 edition includes a wonderful sound installation Ogród Powolności (EN: Garden of Slowness), a space that offers musical relaxation in the ECS winter garden. The films are shown in their original language versions with Polish subtitles (Polish productions have English subtitles), which means foreigners can get involved more easily! For the younger ones joining in, there is AAFF Kids, offering activities while parents and adult guardians can watch films.
