If there were just a touch more humidity, you could imagine you were in Thailand. Ornately festooned in bamboo, this Thai is among the best in Frankfurt. The cuisine is superb; a succulent mix of spices and sauces, with the shrimp dishes scoring particularly well. Also nicely warming was the staff’s gracious service even on busy evenings. Ban Thai has a take-away service (call 70 43 10) if you just want to grab a quick meal but it doesn’t compare to the food indoors.
