Situated right next to the Museum, in a pleasant environment surrounded by potted plants and trees (you may almost forget you’re right in the chaotic centre of downtown Athens) this café serves good coffee, accompanied by a complimentary assortment of biscuits and mini-croissants. Food is respectable and reasonably priced. If you visit in early spring, try finding a table next to the almond tree, it is absolutely beautiful when in bloom. Service is efficient and polite. A good choice for a snack following your visit to the nearby Archaeological Museum.
